Who performes the reading

Readings are performed by authorized employees of Vodotech, spol. s r. o., who are requiered to prove their identity with a photo ID. The identity of the employee can be verified over the phone at the Manager of the Reading Center or contacting the SmVaK Ostrava a.s. call centre.

When the readings are made and how to

Water meter readings are performed 4 times a year based on the approved schedule. The customer is informed about the reading in the manner usual in the place of residence (local radio, notice board, etc.).
