What to do if the authorized worker does not reach me at home?
If it is not possible to take the reading on site, it is possible to report us of your water meter status in one of the following ways:
- over the phone to the Manager of your Reading Centre on working days from 7,00 to 15,00 hours – kontakty na vedoucí odečtů
- over the phone on the customer line SmVaK Ostrava a.s., TEL.: 800 292 400 on working days from 7,30 to 20,00 hours
- by e-mail to the Manager of Your Reading Centre – kontakty na vedoucí odečtů
