Privacy Policy

On 25 May 2018, Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data ).

The regulation is known to the public under the abbreviation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and represents the legal framework for the protection of personal data valid throughout the territory of the European Union. The general regulation is directly applicable for application in individual member states.

The company VodoTech, spol. s r. o. mapped all the processes during which there is contact with the personal data of natural persons and ensured their protection. It also set up internal procedures for exercising the rights of data subjects – natural persons.
